Consultations typically last 1–3 hours and include a fee, which is fully refundable upon placing an order. Breanne brings samples of blinds, fabrics, and hardware to your home and guides you through product options based on your style, insulation, color, and function preferences. Precise window measurements and assessments ensure the best fit. Drapery consultations include fabric, hardware, pleat style, and operation choices.

Competitive Quotes
Following your consultation, Breanne provides detailed, transparent quotes within 48 hours. Clients are encouraged to compare quotes to see the value offered by working with a dedicated small business.

Ordering & Payment
After you select your final products, Breanne sends a sales contract. Payment is 50% upfront and 50% after installation. Payment can be made by EMT or by Debit or CC at Interior Matters storefront.

Manufacturing & Custom Drapery
Window coverings are custom-made at trusted manufacturers and arrive within 3-4 weeks. For custom drapery, Breanne manages fabric sourcing and collaborates with skilled local seamstresses to ensure quality craftsmanship. Custom Drapery and other custom made creations arrive within 7-9 weeks.

Professional Installation
Breanne coordinates installation with experienced, highly trusted installers. Installation times vary by product but generally range from 2–6 hours, ensuring precise and professional results.

Service Area & Shipping Options
Breanne serves Edmonton and surrounding areas, with travel fees applied for distant locations. For remote clients, a self-supply option with free shipping is available, though installation is not included
